Why Not So Average?

Welcome to Not So Average Momma!  

My Sweet Boy

This is mostly a place for me to update my family and friends on what is going on in the life of my husband, my son, and I but I am hoping that it can grow to be much more than that. :)

So what makes me "Not So Average?" 

The way my husband, Tyler and I live and the way we raise our son, Everett is definitely not mainstream- more "crunchy" as my mom would call it. We use cloth diapers for our son, we don't have chemicals in our home, we try to eat as much organic food as possible, I breastfeed Everett, we co-sleep/bed-share with our son, we practice attachment parenting, and we live a Primal (some call it Paleo) diet/lifestyle, etc. (I am sure that there are plenty of other things that we do that is considered "crunchy.") Tyler and I also have lots of tattoos and above all love the Lord! :) 

I am planning on writing something EVERY day.. even if it is only a little blurb but I want to write daily! :)  Please feel free to leave comments!
